Overview:

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Engineer to support our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in collaborating with diverse teams to identify, document, and manage software issues. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, troubleshooting and resolving problems, while also identifying and implementing improvements to the QA process at Mitchell Martin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our systems and components to ensure development teams have the necessary information to address any issues.
  • Develop thorough test plans based on technical specifications and product requirements.
  • Conduct test cases and scripts to guarantee high-quality software releases, including on-site testing of hardware and custom Android devices.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into our continuous integration pipeline.
  • Manage releases on a consistent schedule and monitor system changes through metrics and logs.
  • Continuously enhance your skills while contributing to the professional growth of your colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Experience in a complex organizational structure.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with hardware, robotics, and IoT is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Xray test management tool is a plus.
  • Experience in testing machine learning or artificial intelligence applications is desirable.
