About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Expert to join our team at Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling wireless communication solutions to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Company products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell wireless communication solutions to customers, including phones, plans, and accessories.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Company products, services, pricing plans, promotions, and offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
