Residential Cleaner

KLG LLC, a sister company of JEL Manufacturing LLC, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients. As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our clients' homes, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.

1. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
2. Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and decorative items to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
3. Vacuum and mop floors, rugs, and carpets to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
4. Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
5. Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets to maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
6. Make beds and change linens as required to maintain a clean and comfortable sleeping area.
7. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and window sills to prevent the spread of germs.
8. Organize and tidy up living spaces, including straightening pillows and arranging items, to maintain a clutter-free environment.
9. Follow established cleaning routines and schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
10. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored to prevent accidents and ensure optimal performance.
11. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor to address potential issues promptly.
12. Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
13. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
14. Handle special cleaning projects as assigned by management to meet the needs of our clients.

1. Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is preferred, but not required.
2. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks to ensure a high standard of quality.
5. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks without fatigue.
6. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to maintain a high level of autonomy.
9. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules.
10. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
11. Personal transportation is preferred, but not required.

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus tips and mileage reimbursement.
