At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Midwest City. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced PTA who can work effectively in a clinical setting, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and quality care. As a Travel PTA, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the success of our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assisting patients with exercises and rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and reporting back to the physical therapist. Additionally, you will prepare treatment areas, maintain equipment, and educate patients and their families on treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with exercises and rehabilitation programs, promoting optimal recovery and mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist.
  • Prepare treatment areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment for patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Travel to different healthcare facilities as needed, adapting to new environments and situations.

Requirements

  • Current PTA license and certification.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with physical therapy experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, remaining flexible and composed under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
