As a Massage Therapist, you'll be the face of our brand, representing our values and ensuring a memorable experience for each guest. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere, working closely with the General Manager and Guest Relations Team, and adhering to our choreography and protocols to maintain consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a friendly and upbeat demeanor
• Follow all company procedures and policies
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Greet clients and perform consultations prior to service
• Demonstrate professionalism in guest and employee interactions
• Exhibit excellent safety and sanitation skills
• Clean and organize designated work areas
• Promote awareness of FX Well services through social media, upselling, and cross-promotion
• Promote and sell retail products
• Meet weekly and monthly service and retail goals
• Ability to work varying hours and days, including nights and weekends
• Effective communication with guests and teammates
• Knowledgeable about all facets of massage
• Detail-oriented and a team player

Requirements:

• Licensed and registered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
• Maintain required continuing education credits
• Maintain a current license and registration throughout tenure
• Maintain personal liability insurance
• Maintain a current CPR certification
