Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice, and other cognitive-related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a continuum of services to patients with neurological and swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize the rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Requirements:

  • Two years of work experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Master's degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.

Work Environment:

St. Elizabeth Hospital, a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center, serves northeastern Colorado. Our team provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services, as well as a multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic.
