Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional CDL A Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at Wynne Transport Service, Inc. As a Regional CDL A Tanker Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling chemical hazmat products around the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a single hull stainless steel tanker trailer within a 1,000 or 1,500-mile radius of your home.
  • Meet customer pickup and delivery schedules while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Submit customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Maintain a driver's log by DOT regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
  • 2 years of recent driving experience preferred, with 12 months minimum of recent driving experience and 12 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.
  • OTR drivers must obtain TWIC.
  • Must have a valid DOT medical card.
  • Pass a urine drug test.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
