About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Merc at Moody & Main in downtown Waltham, MA. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to residents and prospects, managing inbound and outbound calls, and supporting the onsite team with other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease apartments and provide tours to prospective residents
  • Retain current residents and ensure their satisfaction
  • Assist with community-focused marketing initiatives
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as walk-ins and scheduled appointments
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience required
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors
  • Availability to work weekend shifts as needed
