Job Overview:

Blink Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fitness centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all areas of the fitness center, including the sidewalk, entrance, front porch, and training areas, are impeccably clean and free of debris.
  • Reception and Office Areas: Clean and maintain the reception areas and offices to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Locker Room Maintenance: Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Fitness Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain all fitness areas, including equipment and flooring, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean and organized environment.
  • Cleanliness Expertise: Ability to identify areas that require attention and take initiative to clean and maintain them.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 15-20 pounds frequently and 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Cleaning Product Knowledge: Experience in handling and using cleaning products safely and effectively.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to organize and maintain storage areas in a clean and efficient manner.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
