Job Title: Assistant General Counsel - Regulatory Affairs Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel - Regulatory Affairs to join our team at Brightvision Capital Partners, LLC. The successful candidate will provide legal support to our business units on regulatory matters, with a focus on monitoring and advising on proposed and pending legislation impacting our operations and products. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor, analyze, and advise on proposed and pending legislation * Provide strategic thought leadership and tactical support for engaging with governmental and regulatory agencies * Ensure we have appropriate resources and relationships in place to address regulatory risk in key areas such as Environmental Impact, Product Stewardship, and Sustainability * Provide ongoing legal support to our business units to ensure awareness of and compliance with emerging, new, and existing laws and regulations * Lead and support special projects and conduct relevant legal research Requirements: * 7+ years of experience interpreting and providing actionable direction on regulatory matters in a large industrial manufacturing environment * Expertise in Environmental Impact, Product Stewardship, and Sustainability compliance * JD required * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders * Self-starter with a collaborative, collegial, flexible, and able to multi-task in a decentralized and entrepreneurial global team environment Equal Employment Opportunity: Brightvision Capital Partners, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
