Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at Quail Springs Culinary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Take orders and process payments efficiently and accurately
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and well-stocked
• Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol, maintaining a responsible and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the business
• Must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID and a clean driving record
