Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care to service members, ensuring they receive the attention and expertise necessary for their hearing health.

Your Responsibilities:
As an Audiologist, you will:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate hearing impairments through various diagnostic tests.
  • Analyze test results in conjunction with patient history to determine the cause and prognosis of hearing loss.
  • Utilize electronic medical records to document findings and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform otoscopic examinations and manage cerumen as needed.
  • Train and support paraprofessional staff in audiology-related tasks.
  • Complete necessary documentation for Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires.
  • Travel as required to provide audiology services at multiple locations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in audiology.
  • A current, unrestricted audiology license.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
