Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Operations Manager:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the community grounds, ensuring the exterior of the building is well-kept and free of debris.
  • Manage the upkeep of the interior spaces, including offices and communal areas.
  • Supervise repairs and maintenance of community equipment, ensuring functionality and proper staff training.
  • Prepare apartments for new residents and refurbish units after move-outs.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have experience in maintenance, with a solid understanding of minor repair techniques related to structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems. Familiarity with building safety and hazard mitigation is also advantageous.
