We are seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join our team at Ohio Living Cape May. As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled nursing assistants and ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents.

  • Supervising and coaching a team of skilled nursing assistants to deliver exceptional care

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents. Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Ohio
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or healthcare setting
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
