Aquatic Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Swim Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to our students while ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective swim lessons based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment for our students.
- Evaluate student progress and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Interact with parents/guardians to discuss student development and progress.
- Represent Goldfish Swim School as a positive ambassador to ensure parental satisfaction.
- Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address challenges faced by students.
- Inspect pool areas before and after each class to identify potential maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Maintain and store pool equipment properly, including lane lines.
- Report accidents and incidents to management and complete required documentation.
- Perform light cleaning duties as needed.
- Attend required workshops and training sessions outside of regular working hours.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with children.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- High energy and a strong work ethic.
- Must pass background examinations prior to training.
