Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in overseeing the Information Security team, specifically focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational functions. Responsibilities include managing identity governance, access control, and providing production support for enterprise users, customers, and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IAM operational tasks ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead a team dedicated to identity management and access requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with IT, security, compliance, and business units for effective operational support.
  • Conduct training sessions to develop IAM operational skills within the team.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of IAM products and principles, including experience with platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping, and Okta.
  • Oversee the implementation of IAM processes to align with business requirements.
  • Engage with the IAM Director to define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years in Information Technology or Information Security, or 11 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Proficient understanding of identity management concepts and IAM technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical expertise in applications, servers, and networking technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
