  • Oversee store-level fundraising and donation efforts.
  • Manage local athlete partnerships and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with management and stores on staffing and product management for events.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive contact list for outreach.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and manage social media content for multiple locations.
  • Create engaging content through photography and videography.
  • Design and implement loyalty promotions using corporate platforms.
  • Analyze and report on social media growth and performance metrics.
  • Utilize corporate design tools to create visual content for marketing.
  • Execute corporate marketing campaigns across all locations.
  • Achieve financial and operational goals on a quarterly basis.
