  • Maintain a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Guide the team to complete projects within the designated time frame and budget.
  • Exhibit professionalism in interactions with team members, management, and clients.
  • Ensure that the truck and trailer are cleaned daily and that all equipment and tools are well-maintained.
  • Utilize an I-Pad to track job progress in real-time and manage paperwork, including receipts and completed job documentation.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure all tasks are completed to avoid any callbacks.
  • Implement safety measures and promptly document any incidents or violations.
  • Train crew members on equipment usage and company standards for task completion.
  • Develop crew members to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a strong understanding of standard practices relevant to your division.
  • Exhibit strong communication, mathematical, and job planning skills.
  • Foster a respectful and positive work environment.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have the ability to tow a trailer.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with typical equipment used in the landscaping industry.
  • Self-motivated and capable of creative problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Experience in operating trucks and trailers.
  • Advanced knowledge of mowing equipment.
  • Prior experience in setting up commercial mowing sites is preferred.
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds consistently.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining a commitment to creating beautiful landscapes.

  • Non-billable shop/yard hours not exceeding 2 hours per day.
