Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations.
  • Engage in the recruitment process to build a skilled and enthusiastic team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop employee schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Manage inventory processes, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
  • Handle financial responsibilities to contribute to the store's success.
  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in certain states).
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work various shifts and days.
  • Proficient in English with basic math skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
