Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting, focusing on pediatric patients.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state in which the LVN practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LVN experience preferred.
