Support Advocate

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Support Advocate to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Support Advocate, you will provide day-to-day services to our program participants, assisting and teaching individuals with varying levels of personal care, household maintenance, and meal preparation.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care services, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing
- Assist with household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping
- Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed
- Follow routines and protocols, including Behavior Support Plans and physical therapy
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
As a Support Advocate, you will be provided with a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP). You will also receive program-specific training at the work site.
