Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current on best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in mental health care.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan (LARA).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
