Membership Clerk Job Description

As a Membership Clerk at Costco, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless membership experience for our valued members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Instruct members and potential members about membership, warehouse, and credit programs, providing clear and concise information.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding item availability and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Issue replacement and temporary cards, as well as process key credit applications, all while maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
