Job Opportunity

Foundation Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Adult Hospitalist to join our team at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, a 152-bed facility and the leading healthcare provider in our community.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Hospitalist to deliver full-spectrum internal medicine care to our patients. As a Hospitalist, you will be responsible for daily rounding on ICU, medical, and surgical inpatients, performing admissions from the ER, and attending rapid response and code situations.

You will also manage ICU procedures like ventilator management, intubation, and central line placement. Our hospitalists work collaboratively with a robust nursing team and a healthy per diem bench to provide high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary with scalable income opportunities, comprehensive benefits package, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. You will also receive $5,000 paid CME, licensure/credential reimbursement, and covered malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Hospitalist with a graduate degree from an approved school of medicine and licensure in the state where they practice. Board Eligible/Board Certified by an appropriate certifying board and current DEA number are also required.

You must be able to meet desired business outcomes while maintaining quality of care and be willing to update skills constantly.

Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.
