Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at The Spear Group, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex capital projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in capital projects management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: Degree qualified in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
