Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at EasyCare Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory levels of auto parts, ensuring that they are always available to meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring counter staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively manage the front counter.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Train and mentor counter staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively manage the front counter.
  • Leverage inventory control systems to record and track auto part sales and auto repair work.
  • Track records for parts warranties and inventory control.
  • Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the manufacturer.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license (must be insurable).


Salary and Benefits:

$85,000 - $105,000 yearly. Compensation is based on experience and is competitive with the retail automotive industry. We offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
