  • Lead and manage foremen, promoting a culture of safety, productivity, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in field management, with a strong background in roadway and highway construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse trade disciplines.

Compensation:

The expected annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$135,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
