POSITION AVAILABLE: PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, the Physical Therapist evaluates patient needs, develops and implements customized treatment plans, and performs related clinical duties. Comprehensive physical therapy assessments are conducted in accordance with APTA and state regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement treatment strategies and modify them based on patient progress.
- Document patient improvements in line with established medical and facility guidelines.
- Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional capabilities, setting realistic goals for enhancement.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Utilize academic and clinical expertise with sound decision-making
- Provide both direct and indirect Physical Therapy services
- Exhibit professionalism and confidentiality in all job-related matters
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent. Must possess or be eligible for a California Medical Quality Assurance Board license within six months of employment.
- Both recent graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
