Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, plus a lease incentive of up to $7,500 for qualified candidates.

Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team in Lomita, CA. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of intermodal containers and trailers throughout our network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Class A CDL with TWIC endorsement
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in intermodal or drayage
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
