We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team as a Quality and Medical Staff Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to encourage the optimum development and performance of staff members.

As a Quality and Medical Staff Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment in a cost-effective manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality of care and patient satisfaction through unit-specific systems and improvements.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing leadership and support to staff members to encourage optimum development and performance
  • Managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment in a cost-effective manner
  • Ensuring quality of care and patient satisfaction through unit-specific systems and improvements
  • Participating in activities for professional development and maintaining required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials
