We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology or in the treatment of disease.
Key Responsibilities- Operate all equipment utilized within the department, including CT scanners and imaging software.
- Develop and organize films for presentation to the radiologist.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow co-workers, other departments, and Medical Staff.
- Work under the supervision of the Imaging Supervisor.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
- Registered Computerized Tomography Technician certification within 60 months of employment start date.
- Vocational School Graduate.
HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204-bed facility in Palm Beach County, offering preventative and elective programs and surgeries. We are an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Primary Stroke Center and have a full-service Children's Hospital.
