Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, tenants, and coworkers.
  • Maintain building and grounds for assigned facilities, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Oversight of facilities-related vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Ability to perform steel stud framing, drywall, door adjustments, and minor facility repairs/remodels.
  • Perform basic electrical, painting, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
  • Respond to assigned facilities issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with facilities-related compliance and manage recyclables and waste.
  • Maintain records for all preventative maintenance work performed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and operating fire and other safety equipment.
  • Recommend process improvements to create efficiencies within the facilities.
  • Available on-call for emergency repairs at facilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction with general knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Ability to gather and decipher pertinent information to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to drive and operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, Scissor Lifts, and Aerial Work Platforms. Some certifications required.
