Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spray Equipment Technician to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our spray equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair spray equipment, including airless, conventional, electrostatic, and pressure washers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment malfunctions
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or repair
  • Knowledge of spray equipment operation and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
