**Job Overview:**
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated RN to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This 12-week assignment offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
**Salary Information:**
The pay package for this position is competitive, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 36 hours per week worked at 12-hour shifts. This translates to a monthly salary of approximately $7,440 - $8,600 (subject to confirmation).
**Job Responsibilities:**
This role will involve delivering direct patient care using the nursing process, as defined by the healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and a passion for providing exceptional patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols, and reporting any incidents or near misses.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a current unrestricted RN license in the state and demonstrate a minimum of one year's experience working as an RN. They should also be able to lift up to 80 pounds safely, stand and walk for extended periods, and tolerate occasional exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases/waste, and/or blood-borne pathogens.
