As an Accessibility Strategist, you will play a critical role in helping organizations develop and execute accessibility strategies that improve performance and achieve goals through inclusive technology with best-in-class User Experience (UX/UI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic advice on accessibility initiatives and solutions
  • Conduct industry research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the accessibility market
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate customers on accessibility best practices and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Sorenson Communications remains a leader in accessibility solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution design, sales, business development, marketing, and/or sales experience within an 18–24 month sales cycle
  • Technical and business acumen for software and/or services products and solutions
  • Leader who thrives as part of a matrix account team in support of customer accessibility needs
  • IT organization domain knowledge
  • Solution sales with experience integrating complex concepts with customer requirements
  • Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing industry expert
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Executive presence and leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on complex and large deals
  • Uses CRM, Microsoft 365 to manage account and inform the business
  • Strong self-awareness, open-mindedness, and ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions
  • Ability to travel
  • Office environment work such as extended sitting at a desk while operating a computer system, phone, or other office equipment
  • Some light to moderate lifting may be required
