$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PACU nurse to join our team at University Hospital in Madison, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent peri-anesthetic management of complex surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a therapeutic relationship with patients and families
  • Manage post-operative care and recovery of patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a PACU nurse
  • Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin or compact license from your permanent address state
  • BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association
  • Experience working in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital
