Key Responsibilities- Develop and foster sales leads, manage and cultivate new and existing client relationships, and conclude sales transactions.
- Supervise the service team, overseeing scheduling, conducting site visits, and maintaining meticulous record-keeping practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, implement robust protocols, and remain current with technological advancements.
- Undertake comprehensive cost estimation, proficiently generate persuasive proposals, and effectively coordinate post-sale documentation and internal collaboration.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the service team, promoting collaborative efforts and skill enhancement.
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in inspections of fire suppression systems.
- Leadership skills, including hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining, and terminating employees.
- Ability to coordinate work of various departments and multiple projects to meet deadlines, customer service, and employee needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- NICET Level I certification
