Job Title: Registered Dietitian - Diabetes Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Diabetes Educator. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to patients with diabetes, as well as educating and supporting them in managing their condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for patients with diabetes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on diabetes management, including nutrition, medication, and lifestyle changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and provide recommendations for patients with diabetes
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare providers on diabetes management and nutrition
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • Experience in diabetes education and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
