Who We AreSince our establishment in 1969, we have combined our proficiency in emergency medicine with a robust culture that prioritizes the success of our clinicians. EPPA operates as a democratically governed, independent physician group, providing ownership opportunities within two years of joining.
Our OperationsCurrently, EPPA is staffing multiple hospitals and urgent care facilities, including:
- 7 hospitals in the Twin Cities metro area
- 1 central Minnesota hospital
- 5 regional and rural sites
- 3 free-standing urgent care clinics
Patient volumes across these locations range significantly, ensuring a diverse and dynamic work environment.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) status in Emergency Medicine
- A valid State of Minnesota MD or DO license and DEA registration
Successful candidates will be required to undergo TB testing and any vaccinations as per OSHA guidelines.
Zone DetailsThis position will report to our MHealth Fairview Zone. Coverage will be determined based on tenure at EPPA, with an initial focus on larger hospitals before expanding to regional and urgent care facilities.
