Fulltime Anesthesiologist Position

About the Role:
Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a renowned 350-bed facility, is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment, overlooking the stunning Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Manage patients undergoing surgery and medical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain patient consent, and discuss anesthetic options
- Monitor patients' physiological conditions and perform clinical interventions as needed
Requirements:
- M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMG and FLEX certification
- Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia
- Current physician licensure
