Key Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight and guidance to Medical Staff Associates
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including CLIA and cGMPs
- Review and approve medical incident reports and donor suitability
- Conduct confidential interviews with donors and provide instruction to Center Medical Staff
- Oversee maintenance of medical supplies and emergency equipment
- Monitor donor clinical response to immunizations and oversee hyper-immune programs
- Determine donor suitability following adverse reactions
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Current and active medical license in the state where the Center is located
- One year of residency training as an MD or OD
