Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology to join our team at Carson City Crystal Area Schools in Montcalm County. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our technology initiatives and ensuring the effective use of technology to support our educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with our district's mission and goals
• Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to ensure the effective delivery of technology services
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate technology into the curriculum and improve student outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation
• Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems and data

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Proven track record of success in driving technology initiatives and improving student outcomes
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and students
