Pharmacy Technician RoleAs a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and delivering compassionate care to our patients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and resolving patient inquiries
- Manage pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB National Certification preferred
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
