Key Responsibilities- Assess Resident Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted care plans to address these needs.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer Nursing Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support and comfort.
- Evaluate Nursing Care: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care, making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.

- Registered Nurse License: Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent Technical Skills: Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently document resident care.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to provide high-quality care.
- Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
