Position Overview:
This role involves collaboration between pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists, who work cohesively to manage the newborn nursery and deliver family-centered, high-quality healthcare. You will join a dedicated team of Neonatologists responsible for overseeing a Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery.
Work Schedule:
This position requires 24/7 in-house coverage and daytime rounding. You will have the chance to engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research initiatives, as well as the opportunity to share best practices and insights with a vast network of Pediatrix providers across numerous NICUs. We welcome applications from all board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists, including seasoned professionals and recent fellows.
