Role Responsibilities

The Common Area Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in supporting overall resort operations by ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all shared indoor and outdoor areas. This position is essential in upholding resort quality standards and delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key Duties Include:

  1. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the resort to provide a welcoming environment for guests.
  2. Cleaning and maintaining resort interiors by dusting, polishing, washing floors, and vacuuming carpets.
  3. Managing waste disposal and recycling efforts to uphold a tidy appearance.
  4. Observing and reporting any damages or issues to supervisors to protect hotel and guest property.
  5. Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  6. Addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Collaborating with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service.
  8. Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and standards.
  9. Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be detail-oriented, and have familiarity with cleaning products and equipment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401K retirement savings plan with company matching, paid vacation and sick days, and various employee discounts.
