Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Summit Communities LLC. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models to the highest standards.
- Prepare apartments for new residents by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing each unit.
- Inspect common areas, breezeways, and grounds to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance staff and community manager to address any issues or concerns.
- Perform other duties as needed to maintain the community's standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
