We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement care plans to address these needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • One year of clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A calm and reassuring presence, with the ability to provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
