Qualifications:
- Experience in the produce shipping or transportation industry is essential.

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, with a knack for influencing and negotiating.
- Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to the role.
- Capability to read and interpret safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team while achieving independent results.
- Experience with LTL freight is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
