About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a Urologist, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patient conditions and disorders of the genitourinary organs and tracts.
Responsibilities:
- Examine and diagnose patient conditions and disorders of the genitourinary organs and tracts.
- Document and review patients' histories.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Use specialized equipment, such as X-rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters.
- Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when necessary.
- Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions.
- Prescribe and administer antibiotics, antiseptics, or compresses to treat infections or injuries.
- Prescribe medications for patients with erectile dysfunction, infertility, or ejaculation problems.
- Provide Urology consultations or refer patients to specialists.
- Direct nurses, residents, or other staff.
Requirements:
- Must have an active NY State License.
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
